Rackspot owns a superior grade redundant fiber optic network, connecting the three datacenters and the several POPs (Lisbon, Madrid, Paris, London and Amsterdam) to the Lisbon NOC (Network Operation Center), where the network is monitored 24x7.

Peering results in increased control over traffic and improved network performance, so rackspot peers with several transit providers and tier-1 network operators, reaching nowadays the 50Gbps network capacity barrier. This makes our network congestion-free, traffic peak multi-resistant and meteoric fast.

Network innovation in every sense... Rackspot IP backbone it´s dual-stacked since 2004, so you can choose to use the oldish IPv4 or step forward to native IPv6.

Rackspot uses Foundry Networks XMR Series as backbone equipment.
